We recognise that sometimes even the best run business can experience cash-flow issues. Therefore, we allow a 5-day payment grace period as standard. If you are going to be able to make payment within 5 days after the invoice due date, you do not need to contact us - your licence will remain active throughout.
If you're likely to need longer than 5 days to make a renewal payment, please open a ticket with our friendly Customer Service team and we can often arrange a further extension provided you've had a good payment history with us in the past.
