Technical Support and Updates for Addons

We offer a range of useful addons which expand the functionality of the base WHMCS software. Technical support for these addons is provided for the lifetime of that addon, separate from any Support & Updates eligibility of your main WHMCS Licence.

For example; you hold an owned WHMCS Licence whose Support & Updates period has lapsed and purchase the Live Chat Addon on a monthly leased basis. We will provide technical support and updates for the live chat addon.
If the Live Chat Addon lease were to lapse or be cancelled, support would no longer be provided for the addon.

Some of our addons are sold on a one-time fee basis, in which case technical support and updates are provided for life for no additional fee.
