What are the Opening Hours of Technical Support

We recognise WHMCS is a business critical piece of software and supporting our customers is very important to us, as a result we offer 24x7 Technical Support Coverage so you can contact our UK and US teams at any time, day or night.

Tickets are answered in the order in which they are received. We aim to respond to all Technical Support requests within 12 hours - often it is much sooner.
At peak times such as new releases, response times may be slower than normal. We thank you for your patience.

Live chat support and fast-track ticket options available to Business license holders during office hours CST with a guaranteed 1 hour response time.

This online documentation site is extensive and includes a description of all the functions of the software, video tutorials are available to help with initial setup,  as are our Guides and Tutorials. The community forum provide a valuable resource for help customising your templates. Support is available in English only.

Further details are available in the Support Agreement document.
