I just purchased the iWHMCS or aWHMCS apps for my mobile phone but it keeps telling me it won't work with my license!

To resolve this issue please login to the administrative area of your WHMCS, then go to Help > License Information. Once on the License Information page, click on the Force License Update button. Your mobile app should now be working properly.
