This update addresses several bugs discovered in the V3.2.1 release and a couple of new features such as Percentage Late Fees for Invoices, Prorata support for all billing cycles & support for template switching with the URLs you use to link to WHMCS. A changed files only version is available for those users running V3.2.1 and no database updates are required.
